Foundation Background
We're proud to introduce you to The Miracles of Mitch Foundation, a  Minnesota based 501c3 organization, whose sole purpose is to improve the quality of life for children (and their families) who struggle daily with cancer.

Billions of dollars are spent annually to research cancer cures. But, minute by minute we can click-off another victim who could not survive the wait. And, what do we do about those families who face such sorrow? They are not just a statistic to sell the need for research money. Did you know that most families with a child diagnosed with cancer will typically lose about 70% of the family income in that first year of treatment?

Our founders, Becky and Steve Chepokas, know what it means to lose a child, a child who could not survive the arrival of that miracle cure. As an organization we understand the heartache and pain of leaving a child at the hospital one last time. Anyone who has been through that awful experience knows that they would do anything to turn back time, and they also know the futility of such thinking. Precious memories of good days together, times spent with family and friends, enjoying each moment, and remembering, are the best defense against despair and depression.
